This biomechanically engineered Quality Fitness by Maximus MXIV Multi-Station Gym with four 200 Pounds weight stacks intended to used by up to four users simultaneously. It features two low pulleys, lat pulldown station with hold down device, vertical bench/shoulder press station with pre-stretch adjustment, high pulley/triceps station with bar holder, abdominal crunch / mid-pulley, and full range of motion cam with adjustable lever arm. This home gym comes with adjustable seat pads with seat belt and handles for seated knee flexion/leg extension station. It also has Pec dec station with range of motion and articulating handles or arm pads, adjustable pec-dec seat, variable cable pulley system with 15 settings, and calf-block/low row station. The frames are made of rugged steel with durable electrostatic powder coating finish and heavy duty thick foam padding covered with commercial grade vinyl upholstery. The aircraft quality nylon coated cable is tested for 2200 Pounds. The leg press and shroud are optional
